SoCal NOMAS Lecture Series: Cal Baptist NOMAS Presents J. Meejin Yoon, AIA FAAR

J. Meejin Yoon, AIA FAAR, is an architect, designer, and educator, whose projects and research investigate the intersections between architecture, technology, and the public realm. Yoon is cofounding principal of Höweler and Yoon Architecture, a studio recognized for design innovation and excellence. Among current projects are the Memorial for Enslaved Laborers at the University of Virginia, the Coolidge Corner Theater expansion, and the MIT Museum. The studio has received numerous professional awards and honors.

SoCal NOMAS 2021 Spring Lecture Series
As a collective effort of raising the voices of Black Indigenous People of Color, @socalnoma student chapters have prepared a series of lectures across the 9 participating Schools of Architecture that highlights and celebrates the work and achievements of designers of color. We invite respected guests and NOMAS members across SoCal to these talks. Together we hope to inspire and empower, to continue to be voices of the future of architecture.
